Her prowess shines in co-producing DW's acclaimed podcast 'Don't Hold Back' and holds a vital role as the co-coordinator of the Learning by Ear digital literacy initiative.

Presently, Wanjiku Mwaura wears the hat of one of the esteemed hosts of the 77 Percent radio program while also being the creative mind behind 'Click on the Link,' a gripping 10-episode radio series unravelling the world of cybercrime. This impactful series has been thoughtfully translated into Kiswahili, Hausa, French, and Portuguese, extending its reach and influence.

Not just limited to audio, Wanjiku is also a force in the visual realm. She shines as the co-creator, co-author, and host of DW's WhatElse, an innovative pan-African online video program delivering constructive African narratives to a global audience. Additionally, she graces the screen as one of DW Africa's 77 Percent TV magazine hosts, showcasing her versatility and reach.

Beyond her journalistic endeavours, Wanjiku Mwaura has made a significant impact on the international stage, captivating audiences as a moderator and presenter at esteemed events such as the Global Media Forum in Bonn, the 4th Global Constructive Journalism Conference, and the Global Landscapes Forum. Her artistic talents extend to poetry, as she has performed at renowned festivals, including the Johannesburg Arts Alive International Festival in South Africa, the Poesie International Festival in Germany, and the Storymoja Hay Festival in Kenya.
