Rashela Shehu

Rashela Shehu has been a DW correspondent since 2017.
She has reported from Albania on various topics in the field of political and social current affairs, focusing mainly on human rights, education and the environment.
Rashela studied Journalism and Communication at the University of Tirana, where she currently works as an assistant professor in multimedia. Her article "Lack of scientific research leaves Albania in ruins" was rated as the best investigative story of 2020 by the OSCE Presence in Albania.
